Platform and Usage Training

We offer librarians and end-users platform training services to academic and non-academic institutions which results in a competent user who requires less library support and increases usage on the acquired resources.

Research & Case Study Writing Training 

Through our experienced facilitators we provide workshops to help new/ potential authors or case writers give their research or case study the best possible chance of acceptance and publication by publishing houses and case centres.

We use an interactive presentation format (face to face or virtual) including individual clinic sessions. At the end of the session, the researcher is expected to progress successfully through the various stages from pre-submission of the manuscript/teaching case study to revision and finally successful publication.
